This Privacy Policy covers the practices of Advocate Technologies, Inc. (“Advocate”) concerning personal information that we obtain about personnel of our customers, business partners, and suppliers.

A special note about data processed by our services:

Advocate provides insurance-related services to lenders (the “Services”). Through the Services, we receive personal information about our customers’ borrowers and about the personnel of these borrowers. Under privacy and data protection laws, Advocate acts only as a “processor” and “service provider” to the lender with respect to that information. This means that Advocate handles all such information solely pursuant to our contract with the lender and not pursuant to Advocate’s own Privacy Policy. Thus, for example, the references in this Privacy Policy to using personal information for direct marketing do not apply to that data. Any inquiries or requests relating to such data should be directed to the relevant customer, not to Advocate.

You can unsubscribe from Advocate marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting us at support@tryadvocate.com, and you can make certain choices regarding the use of cookies and similar technology as described in section 1 above.If you wish to exercise any privacy rights, or raise a complaint about our handling of your personal information, please contact us as described at the end of this Privacy Policy.

To help protect personal information, we have put in place physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. However, we cannot assure you that data that we collect under this Privacy Policy will never be used or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Privacy.
